Similarities...

Remember in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi when C3PO and R2D2 go up to the big door at Jabba the Hutt's palace and knock. Then this big orb-thingy comes out of a hole in the door to inspect the droids.

Doesn't this look like that orb-thingy? In a hot, big boob kind of way...?
